Got an issue with your new 5th Element Gear? We accept returns or exhanges on new, unused products from 30 days after purchased.

Simply need a different size? Let us know on the form below and we'll ship you a new size at no additional shipping cost on your new order. 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Returns will be fully refunded upon receival less any shipping charges.
